How to Change the Email Footer Text of Your List

A quick guide to changing the email footer text of your list in SendX.

Within SendX, you can quickly change the email footer text of your list, so that all the emails sent to that particular list would be having that specific footer text. This option allows you to customize your footer message for a particular segment of people, making the email highly targeted.

• Create a new list (Single Opt In or Double Opt In), depending on which list's footer you want to change.
• On your Edit screen, go to the Advanced Email Setting tab and go to the field Default Email Unsubscribe Footer.

• Edit that field, and customize it to fit that particular list. Note that your message must adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act to be able to successfully send emails to that list.
• Click Submit when you're done to save the list.

And that's it! Within minutes you can customize your email footer message in SendX.
