While setting up your drip sequences, you can easily use templates within your drip emails and customize them to match your brand message. SendX makes this process quick, flexible, and easy to complete in just a few minutes.
Steps to Use Templates in Drip
Create or Edit a Drip Sequence
Create a new drip sequence or edit an existing one, depending on your requirements.
Locate the Email Body Section
Scroll down on the email edit screen until you see the Email Body field.
Select a Template
Choose your desired option from the list of available templates
Note: If you want to use your own saved templates, switch to the Plain Text Editor and access them under Settings
That’s it! Your selected template will now load into the SendX Email Editor, ready for customization.
You can modify the text, visuals, and layout to align perfectly with your drip campaign’s tone and goals.
