SendX Statement on the Recent PHP Security Vulnerabilities

Share

SendX does not use PHP to build or run its application. The recently disclosed PHP security vulnerabilities therefore do not affect the SendX application.

On October 21, 2026, researchers disclosed two critical security vulnerabilities in PHP, a programming language used by millions of websites worldwide. These flaws could potentially allow attackers to gain unauthorized access to affected systems and sensitive information.

At SendX, we have never used PHP as part of our application. This means the vulnerabilities identified in PHP cannot be exploited through PHP code in the SendX application. We understand that our customers trust us with their email communications, subscriber information, and business operations. We take the security of that information seriously, and we recognize the importance of keeping customers informed when major security incidents occur.

We will continue monitoring developments surrounding these vulnerabilities and assessing any relevant implications for the services and third-party systems we rely on. Should we identify any risk to SendX customers, we will communicate it promptly and provide clear guidance on any necessary action.
