Managing contacts becomes challenging once you have thousands of users. Sometimes, you may want to retroactively tag users, prune lists by deleting inactive contacts, or merge multiple lists into a single one.
Bulk actions aim to make these operations very straightforward. You can select contacts by lists, tags, or segments and execute specific actions on them, such as:
Delete Contact
Add/Remove tag to a contact
Subscribe or unsubscribe contacts from a list.
Start or stop a drip sequence.
We can use bulk action in the following ways:
Tagging users who belong to a segment say users who have made a purchase in last 3 months
Deleting inactive or unsubscribed users
Subscribe users to a specific list.
Start or stop a drip sequence for all users in a segment
Click on Execute Bulk Action to run your set bulk actions.
