The Contact Timeline gives you a detailed overview of how a particular contact interacts with your marketing campaigns.
Click on the contact you want to analyze from your contact list.
Once inside the Contact Timeline, you can see all the actions that the contact has taken — including opens, clicks, form submissions, and more.
You can even view their activity in chronological order to understand their engagement over time.
This makes it easy to track how each contact is progressing through your marketing funnel.

To view this information:
Scroll down your Contacts dashboard to locate the contact you want to analyze.
Click on their name to open the full Contact Details page.

To edit a contact:
