How to Import Existing HTML Content onto SendX
This guide explains how to import existing HTML content into SendX, as the default Drag & Drop Editor does not support direct HTML uploads.
If you need to upload a fully coded HTML email (for example, from your designer), you can easily switch to the Plain Text Editor and paste your HTML directly.
Steps to Import Your HTML Template
1) Change the Default Email Editor
Go to Settings > Preferences, and locate the option to change the Default Email Editor.
Select Plain Text Editor instead of Drag & Drop Editor.
2) Create or Edit a Campaign
After updating your editor preference, create a new campaign or open an existing one.
3)Open the Code View
Under Email Body, click the Code View button located at the top of the editor toolbar.
4) Paste Your HTML Code
In Code View, delete any existing code, then copy and paste your HTML email template into the editor.
5) Save or Continue
Once your HTML code is added, click Next (Recipients) to continue editing and scheduling your campaign, or click Save Draft to store your template for later use.
